The Falcon's Nest

We have moved over 1300 miles away from our families and friends and I thought that this might be a great way to keep in touch!

"Am I cute or what!?", says Gabriel. Posted by Picasa

"Look at my brother's toy that I have taken from his room that is going to cause World War III to break out as soon as he sees that I have it!" Posted by Picasa

Abuelito studied up for he and Christian's presentation on Peru. He watched videos on Machu Pichu and the Conquistadors and read all the books on Peru that we had checked out from the library! Posted by Picasa

Abuelita had to dress all Peruchi while she was here because Bruce keeps the house so cold! Posted by Picasa

I'm not quite sure how that whole the apple doesn't fall far from the tree thing worked out here, but it seems that Caleb and his Abuelito are two guys cut from the same cloth, with the same pattern, by the same taylor... Anyway, you get the idea - these guys are a lot alike! Posted by Picasa

Okay, Caleb, we're trying to take a NICE family picture, enough with the silly poses! Posted by Picasa

Even Grandma looks like she's tired of Caleb goofing off! Posted by Picasa

Everyone gathers together for one last photo before Abuelita and Abuelito fly home to CT. The boys and I headed out at the same time as Christian had orchestra. We got to keep passsing each other and waving until they were half way to the airport! The next day Gabriel didn't understand why Grandma wasn't at his house anymore! Posted by Picasa

I delivered 18 Valentine balloons to Bruce's office, one for each Valentine that we'd had together. He very sweetly shared them with all the woman that work on his floor. We had valentine's, balloons, flowers, and, of course, birthday cards and decorations from Caleb's big #6, everywhere. It was sort of like Christmas all over again!  Posted by Picasa

Bruce bought roses for his mother for Valentine's Day before she left. SHe couldn't take them with her on the plane so I told her I would take pictures and post them for her to see! Posted by Picasa

The boys just finished up their intramural basketball season last night. They left their Cub Scout camping trip early, to make it back for the final tournament, and that might have been overdoing it a bit. They were exhausted! Here's a shot of Caleb passing, from an earlier game! Posted by Picasa

This is Caleb's best friend, Daniel, pounding down the key! Posted by Picasa

Focus, focus. If you don't take your eyes off the ball then it can't get away! Posted by Picasa
